How Often Will I Be Billed/Charged?

We bill on the 1st for Month to Month subscribers and renewals.

Where do you Ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States, including PO boxes.

Important Considerations Regarding Shipping:

  • We utilize third-party carriers for shipment. As per standard practice, the title and risk of loss or damage pass to you once we deliver the package to the carrier.

  • Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy during checkout and keep it updated in your account. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for addresses not updated before the shipping cutoff. Once an order ships, it cannot be rerouted.

  • Please note Pretty Girls Heal, Inc is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered by USPS or inaccurate addresses entered by the buyer. Please ensure there is a secure location for you to receive packages, or request boxes to be held at your local post office for pick up to ensure safe delivery

  • While we aim for timely delivery, shipment and delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier or other external factors do not qualify for refunds.

How Can I Change My Debit/Credit Card info or Shipping Info?

Sign in to your account, click Payment method, and then Add new payment method.

To change the subscription shipping address, contact us immediately @info@prettygirlsheal.org.


How Can I Cancel My Subscription?

We'd be sad to see you go, but it's super easy to cancel. Just sign in to your account and click "Cancel Subscription" on the Subscriptions page.

If you purchased a subscription with a commitment plan, please note that you can only cancel at the end of the commitment period. Once the period has passed, you can cancel anytime. If you cancel early, your cancellation will be automatically scheduled for the end of your commitment period. Cancelling prevents future charges and shipments after any commitment term or current paid period is complete. Cancellation does not trigger refunds for boxes already paid for or shipped; you will still receive any boxes remaining in your paid subscription term.

Also note that cancelling your subscription means that you won't be billed again, but you will still receive any boxes that you've already paid for.

My Package Hasn’t Arrived Yet/missing Items/Damaged- What Should I Do?

We accept returns/replace individual items that are damaged, missing, or defective. Please email us at info@prettygirlsheal.org and attach required photo evidence of any damages/defects within 7 days of receipt of the package. Our team will ship you replacements/alternatives for damaged items ASAP! Our policy covers damage to the products themselves.

  • Please ensure you send us photos of:
    The outside condition of the box upon delivery

  • The damaged Item showing evident damage/leakage

  • A picture of the inside of the box you received.

Replacements: For items confirmed as damaged or missing (and reported within the 7-day window), our standard procedure is to send a replacement product, subject to availability.

Refunds: If a replacement for a damaged or missing item is not feasible (e.g., the item is out of stock), or in cases where a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier (please report promptly, within 5 days of expected delivery recommended, and always within 7 days of shipment), a refund may be processed.

  • Refund decisions are made by customer support based on the circumstances and adherence to the reporting timeline. Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
